Sterling MacDonald

John Sterling MacDonald was born in 1910 on Prince Edward Island. He lived in the area of Bridgetown where he plied his trade as a blacksmith, following the family tradition. He also spent time working on such varied items as caskets, fiddles, and bobsleighs. John died on May 11th, 1999 at the Kings County Hospital at the age of 89. He was survived by his wife Annie MacDonald.
