Abstract
This is the first of three tapes with Sydney "Syd" Clay. In this interview Syd talks about Air Navigation school, aircraft and trainees in Charlottetown during WWII, the RCAF and the RAF, plane crashes, pilot training, Carl Burke and Maritime Central Airways, Sally Large, military aircraft, and Woofer Blake.
