This is an interview with Herbert B. Schurman of Summerside, P.E.I. In this interview Herb talks about Christmas, snow and snowplowing, Crystal Rink, German POWs, his family, doctors and home remedies, school, characters, cars, his brother's service in WWI, the Halifax Explosion and the Spanish Flu, life growing up in Summerside, mussel mud, Holman's Island, hockey, Martin Heckbert, songs, and sleigh rides.
