This is an interview with Lt.-Col. Charles Frederick "Fred" Black of Charlottetown, P.E.I. In this interview Fred talks about his family history, Charlottetown, family businesses, school, his first jobs, WWI, the Halifax Explosion, the Spanish Flu, home remedies, his family going to California, the military history of his family, his service in WWII, and his work with Veteran Affairs.
