Abstract
This is the fourth tape of several interviews with Captain Thomas Trenholm of Murray Harbour, P.E.I. Captain Tom begins by telling a story about finding kegs of rum. He then talks about the end of the schooners, tells a story about two men trying to catch the same swordfish, explains some sailing expressions, and talks about home remedies. Mary speaks for a moment about life at sea and Tom tells about the Marine. He then goes on to tell about the sinking of the Cape D'Or and the Lillian E. Kerr. Also mentioned in this interview are the phantom ship, how he met Mary, and hauling goods to Gaspe and Cape Breton.
