This interview is with Alvin MacSwain of Peters Road, P.E.I. It begins approximately 20 minutes into Side A of the second tape. The first portion of the tape is an interview with James Montgomery. Alvin talks about his service in WWII, crossing the Atlantic on the RMS Mauretania, his parents, going on leave during the war, Sundays, his brother Alexander, radios, and the Great Depression.
