Abstract
This interview is with Dr. Helen Herring of Charlottetown, P.E.I. In this interview Helen talks about her father and other men who worked on the ice boats at Cape Traverse, her husband's work on the railway, the Halifax Explosion and the end of WWI, fishing, Christmas, and hockey games. She also talks about entertainment, trains, school, teaching, the Women's Institute, her work in radio and television broadcasting, cars, horses, and her family.
